Established in 2005 as a Private Limited Company, started its operatoins, producing Forged Components.

Mr. V. L. Patel, the founder of this one of the most modern forge shops was the entrepreneur to set up the manufacturing facilities as the village Shapar, near the Rajkot City.

Mr. Patel assisted by a few skillful technocrates have started developing most modern and and critical components for sectors like Defence, Railways and Exports.

At present, the company is working with a strength of 150 employees supported by a Quality Management System accredited and certified, to the International Standard ISO 9001, by TUV Sud South Asia.
